By accessing the website at edgewaterconcrete.com or by engaging True Line Edgewater Concrete ("we", "us", or "our") for any concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who interact with us through the Site or in person.
True Line Edgewater Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Edgewater, FL and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk installation, garage floor concrete, pool decks, retaining walls, foundations, and related concrete flatwork and structural work.
Services are provided subject to site conditions, permitting requirements, material availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project that is outside our service area or scope.
All estimates are provided in writing after an on-site assessment. Verbal estimates given over the phone before a site visit are preliminary and not binding. A written estimate is valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which material and labor costs may have changed.
The final project price may differ from the initial estimate if site conditions discovered during work reveal additional requirements not visible at the time of the estimate - such as unexpected soil conditions, buried debris, or structural issues. Any additional scope or cost will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling is confirmed when a signed contract and any required deposit are received. Start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit processing times, material delivery, or other factors outside our control.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or mobilization has begun may result in costs that are the customer's responsibility. The specific terms will be outlined in your signed project contract.
We may reschedule work due to weather conditions that would negatively affect concrete quality - specifically rain, extreme heat, or temperatures outside the acceptable range for proper curing. We will notify you promptly and provide an updated start date.
Payment terms are specified in the written project contract. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Accepted payment methods will be listed on your contract.
Payments not made within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as outlined in the contract. We reserve the right to pause or stop work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
Before work begins, you agree to:
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities or features not disclosed before work begins.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are provided in your written project contract. In general, we warrant that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with accepted industry standards for concrete construction in FL.
Concrete is a natural material. Minor surface cracking, color variation, and surface texture differences are inherent characteristics of concrete and are not considered defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, vehicle loads exceeding the design specification, Acts of God, tree root intrusion, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations we provide at project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Line Edgewater Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from a completed project shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific project.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
